About Us

The purpose of the Colville High School Alumni Association is to preserve the heritage of CHS. The association endeavors to promote awareness, support and pride among alumni, students and community.

The CHSAA is responsible for:

  • The senior class pictures, which are cut by hand and mounted in a beautiful oak frame and displayed in the foyer - eventually taking it's place in the historical picture hallway.

  • The preservation of our history in scrapbooks and yearbooks which are stored in two fireproof filing cabinets. Copies can be made on site. Since these are considered historical documents, they may not be taken off school property.

  • The yearly installation of new bricks to be placed on the "Brick Wall Alumni Walkway."

  • Membership cards that are sold and renewed on an annual basis.

  • A bi-annual newsletter.

  • A $500 scholarship for the "Spirit of CHS."

In 1997, it was suggested by the school district to separate and become our own entity. This was done and by-laws were drawn and officers elected for two year terms. The association meets four times a year or more to complete these responsibilities.

The current term is 2003-2005

  • Marg Pringle - President
  • Babby Inman - Vice President
  • Joan Carter - Secretary
  • Adena Enright - Treasurer
